The role will consist of: L earn how the team manages content acquisition across linear channels and streaming platform by performing essential tasks such as: Enter information from licensing agreements into programming and accounting/finance systems, as well as the master files; Process invoices related to Acquisitions or Local Productions and track payments; Review existing contracts in the system to identify any changes, inconsistencies or missing information (series renewals, date changes, changes in the number of episodes, etc.); Provide updated information to the Programmers (calendars, US ratings info, etc.); Back office support to effectively liaise with other departments (such as Legal, Finance, Materials, Creative, Marketing, etc.); Collect information needed for internal reports (local, regional or global); The skills we are looking for are: Interest in learning, particularly about the Television industry; Proactive, dynamic, motivated, responsible, with strong attention to detail and teamwork skills; Ability to complete tasks with tight timelines, both collaboratively and by self- managing; Proficient on MS Excel; The necessary qualifications of the position will be: Degree in Economics, Business Management or other similar studies [It is essential to have completed the studies and no more than 2 years have elapsed since the completion of it] Must be fluent in English and Portuguese. Spanish is a plus.
