This role requires deep customer and technical insight, strong stakeholder collaboration, and ownership of multi-quarter product vision and roadmaps. The position influences product direction through data-driven decision making, emerging technology integration, and cross-functional leadership without direct people management. It also involves mentoring peers, managing risk and dependencies, and ensuring alignment with broader business objectives to deliver measurable impact and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle. ### About the team The Product team leads Walmart’s Fulfillment, Reverse, and Internalized Parcel networks by delivering innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support business growth. They drive enterprise-wide product strategy by integrating market trends, customer insights, and business goals. Managing complex product portfolios, the team collaborates across functions to ensure successful execution.
