Partner with senior management to analyze business performance, identify gaps, and provide insights on budget processes and retail trends. Manage control structures to mitigate financial misstatement risks and enhance reporting transparency across financial systems. Develop complex financial models and prepare presentations to support strategic business decisions and communicate forecasts. Oversee global financial consolidation, ensuring accuracy and resolving timing issues with operational teams. Drive business strategy by analyzing costs, forecasts, and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities. ### What you'll bring Extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making. Proven ability to develop and manage operating budgets and financial statements with accuracy and transparency. Strong expertise in financial modeling and variance analysis to identify risks and opportunities. Demonstrated success in collaborating cross-functionally to align financial goals with corporate objectives. Skilled in driving long-term financial strategies and providing actionable insights to senior management. Experience managing complex control structures to mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance. Ability to communicate financial information clearly to a diversified group of stakeholders and influence business outcomes. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
