Use data and digital tools to improve processes, operational excellence, and loss-prevention outcomes. Build stakeholder partnerships, communicate recommendations clearly, and support business needs. Supervise, train, mentor, recognize, and develop associates while fostering belonging and accountability. What you’ll bring… Knowledge of asset protection, security, investigations, risk management, environmental protection, and compliance. Business acumen, data and digital literacy, and experience applying continuous-improvement principles. Strong stakeholder partnership, collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to advance health, safety, ethics, company values, and Open Door principles while developing associates. Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00 - $126,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
