Own financial models, business cases, scenarios, and management P&Ls for strategic decisions and new opportunities. Translate financial and operational performance into clear recommendations, trade-offs, and decision options. Lead assigned workstreams, structure ambiguous problems, and drive cross-functional execution. Proactively surface risks and opportunities, improve reporting and analytics, and leverage automation and AI. Continuously raise accountability and analytical standards. ### What You'll Bring Solid financial planning, analytics, modeling, and variance analysis expertise, with the ability to connect financial outcomes to strategic business drivers and shape decision-making. Demonstrated ability to structure complex, ambiguous problems, develop scenarios and business cases, and provide clear, actionable recommendations. Strong ownership and judgment, with a track record of independently leading complex, cross-functional workstreams and driving outcomes. Strong analytical rigor and learning agility, with the ability to challenge assumptions, identify root causes, and quickly build expertise in new businesses. Proven leadership capability in developing talent, influencing senior stakeholders, and translating complex analysis into concise, decision-oriented insights. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
