Conduct and oversee investigations related to theft, inventory loss, workplace incidents, and policy violations. Partner with operations leaders to identify risks, implement solutions, and build a culture of safety and accountability. Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and company standards through audits, inspections, and corrective actions. Support emergency response, crisis management, and business continuity efforts while driving continuous improvement across the facility. What You'll Bring... Experience leading teams within a distribution center, fulfillment center, warehouse, retail, or other large-scale operational environment. Background in asset protection, safety, security, compliance, investigations, or risk management. Knowledge of OSHA requirements, workplace safety programs, and incident investigation processes. Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners, drive accountability, and lead change in a fast-paced operation. Experience using data and operational metrics to identify trends, solve problems, and improve business performance. The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00 - $126,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
