Oversee financial reporting, balance sheet accounts, and audits by analyzing data and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Ensure adherence to policies, regulations, and Sarbanes-Oxley Act requirements through thorough review and evaluation of financial statements. Lead multiple business plans and projects by identifying needs, setting priorities, and measuring progress to drive performance improvements. Supervise and develop associates through mentoring, coaching, and performance evaluations to build a high-performing team. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to validate financial documentation and maintain reporting accuracy. What you'll bring... Extensive experience in financial analysis, accounting, and financial statement review aligned with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Proven ability to manage budgeting processes, including analysis, consolidation, and reporting for senior management decision-making. Strong knowledge of general ledger management and accounting operations ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Expertise in overseeing financial audits, identifying discrepancies, and facilitating collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership skills in mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams. Ability to drive business plans, measure performance, and implement continuous improvements. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
