## Job description

Lead program management activities for strategic app partners, including Apple, Amazon, Google/YouTube and Netflix. Coordinate annual partner technical requirements reviews, consolidating feedback and driving alignment across internal stakeholders. Monitor certification programs including manage partner cert devices and associated FW versions, launch readiness, milestones, risks, and dependencies across multiple hardware and software initiatives.

Manage partner service issues, including ticket creation, status tracking, escalation management, and deployment oversight. Facilitate recurring crossfunctional and partner meetings to drive execution and resolve program challenges. Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.

### What you'll bring

Proven expertise in technical program management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional leadership. Strong knowledge of software integrations, certification programs, release management, and issue resolution processes. Demonstrated ability to manage complex partner relationships and drive consensus across teams. Extensive experience monitoring program milestones, risks, dependencies, and operational performance. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence decisions through data-driven recommendations.

Solid understanding of the streaming add ecosystem as it relates to software and hardware requirements, technology platforms, TV manufacturing process, and customer-facing user experiences. The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00 Denver, Colorado US-11581: The annual salary range for this position is $88,000.00 - $171,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
