[Apply on Walmart’s careers site →](https://careers.walmart.com/us/en/jobs/R-2655534) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Walmart](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/walmart/) / Director, Record to Report - Finance Services Transformation ## Job description - Provide strategic direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs to develop and implement effective financial and operational plans. - Lead automation initiatives to simplify and harmonize account reconciliations, month-end closing, and reporting processes. - Oversee financial statement accuracy, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. - Manage stakeholder relationships to align business goals and foster collaboration across functions and markets. - Drive risk management strategies, identifying and mitigating financial and operational risks. - Champion operational excellence by monitoring performance metrics and promoting service and process improvements. - Develop talent through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning to build a high-performing team. ### What you'll bring - Extensive expertise in financial statement analysis, accounting principles, and forecasting aligned with GAAP and IFRS standards. - Proven ability to lead risk mitigation strategies and implement effective internal controls within complex financial environments. - Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement, communication, and collaboration across cross-functional and international teams. - Demonstrated success in driving GenAI and automation initiatives - Experience in operational excellence, including root cause analysis, process optimization, and service improvement. - Ability to develop and execute business strategies that align financial performance with organizational goals. - Proficient in analyzing key performance indicators to support decision-making and cost reduction efforts. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
