This role requires expertise in program and risk management, technical design, and stakeholder engagement to ensure scalable, high-quality solutions. The position involves coordinating multiple teams, resolving ambiguities, and implementing process improvements to optimize workflows. The successful candidate will communicate effectively across multiple groups, build practical solutions, and leverage data-driven insights to achieve strategic objectives while maintaining operational excellence and aligning with organizational priorities. ### About the team Our team defines and continuously enhances collaboration among Product, Technology, and enterprise partners by developing simpler, faster, and more effective workflows. We drive practical solutions that advance operational excellence and deliver measurable results across complex initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination and continuous improvement throughout the program lifecycle. ### What you'll do Build new ways of working by turning enterprise friction into practical workflows, tools, and operating rhythms. Lead pilots and experiments from idea through adoption, measurement, and scale. Develop AI-native ways of working that rethink how work gets done. Partner across Product, Technology, TPM, Design, and Strategy to solve complex, ambiguous problems. Simplify, automate, or eliminate processes and handoffs that no longer add value. Identify risks, dependencies, and barriers early and drive solutions. Measure adoption, operating health, decision velocity, and sustained behavior change. ### What you'll bring Experience in technical program management, product operations, engineering program management, product management, or a related field. Strong builder mindset with experience turning ambiguous problems into practical, scalable solutions. Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional work across Product and Technology. Strong systems thinking with understanding of operating models, planning, governance, dependencies, and execution. Experience building workflows, tools, automation, or new operating approaches. Curiosity and practical experience with AI-enabled ways of working. Strong communication, facilitation, and executive storytelling skills. Bias toward action, experimentation, simplification, and continuous improvement. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
