Provide expert consulting to senior leadership, articulating customer needs and influencing business strategies. Define research methodologies and oversee data analysis to generate actionable insights that drive business decisions. Collaborate cross-functionally to develop consultative solutions and ensure alignment on research and data strategies. Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering professional growth through coaching and development. Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to maximize project outcomes and quality standards. What you'll bring... Extensive experience leading complex consulting projects with a focus on business strategy and customer insights. Proven ability to advise senior leadership and influence business decisions through data-driven recommendations. Strong expertise in advanced analytics, qualitative research, and data visualization to support actionable insights. Demonstrated leadership skills in building, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams. Excellent communication and influencing skills to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. Proficiency in change management and driving continuous improvement aligned with organizational goals. Deep understanding of marketing performance measurement and business strategy integration. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock ## Qualifications Option 1- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 3 years' experience in an analytics related field.
