Analyze business performance, identify gaps, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making and risk management. Oversee financial controls and reporting processes to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance. Develop complex financial models and prepare presentations for executive management to guide business strategies. Manage financial consolidation and reporting, resolving discrepancies and ensuring timely delivery. Drive business strategy development by evaluating costs, forecasts, and operational processes to optimize outcomes. Foster talent development through recruitment, mentoring, and succession planning to build a skilled workforce. ### What you'll bring Extensive experience in strategic financial planning and analysis, with a proven ability to align financial targets. Strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and foster collaboration across teams. Proficiency in financial modeling and preparing complex financial presentations for executive management. Excellent communication skills to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Ability to develop and implement business strategies that drive operational excellence and continuous improvement. The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
