Evaluate user experiences, processes, systems, data, and operational needs. Define future-state workflows, experiences, requirements, and success measures. Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Legal, and business teams through delivery. Lead testing, readiness, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement. Identify opportunities to apply automation, AI, and emerging technology. Use data and user insights to improve experiences and business outcomes. Communicate decisions, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders. What you'll bring... Deep experience in salaried or high-volume/hourly hiring, with strong end-to-end process knowledge. Strong understanding of the talent technology landscape, leading industry platforms, and best-in-class practices. Proven ability to lead complex transformations from discovery and current-state assessment through design, implementation, launch, and adoption. Strong digital execution experience, including translating business needs into requirements and partnering with Product, Engineering, and Design through delivery. Ability to connect process, technology, data, and user needs into scalable solutions. Strong cross-functional leadership, executive communication, and comfort operating in ambiguity. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
