Run experiments that improve discoverability and qualified traffic. Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Content, and Merchandising to deliver scalable solutions. Identify technical opportunities, define business requirements, and guide implementation. Establish KPIs, measurement frameworks, and reporting to demonstrate business impact. Manage agency and vendor partners to ensure high-quality execution. Communicate insights, progress, and recommendations to senior leadership. Monitor evolving search behaviors, technologies, and platform changes to identify new growth opportunities. What you'll bring... Own the AEO, technical SEO strategy, and affiliate marketing for Walmart Business. Develop roadmaps and prioritize initiatives that increase search visibility, qualified traffic, and customer acquisition. Lead technical audits, experimentation, and performance optimization across traditional and AI-powered search. Translate insights into clear business and technical requirements. Establish KPIs, measurement frameworks, and executive reporting. Manage agency and vendor partners to ensure strong execution. Monitor emerging search trends and identify new growth opportunities.
