### Role summary

The (USA) Specialist, Temp Services plays a key role in fostering a positive and collaborative work environment by building strong relationships with team members and business partners. The Specialist contributes to delivering exceptional service by applying data-driven insights and maintaining a focus on operational excellence.

### About the team

The team supports the Global Tech Badge Room, overseeing west and east coast locations outside NW Arkansas. It manages badge credentialing and access control by responding to inquiries, answering calls, and processing service tickets for associates and non-associates. The team fosters strong collaboration and clear communication to ensure efficient operations. Members demonstrate integrity, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

They embrace new tools and approaches to enhance service delivery, contributing to a positive and productive environment aligned with Walmart’s values and operational goals.

### What you'll do

Foster a positive and respectful environment that supports associate engagement and development through coaching, feedback, and recognition. Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with team members and business partners to achieve shared objectives. Uphold the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance, modeling company values and promoting a culture of accountability. Support initiatives that contribute to sustainability and community impact aligned with company goals.

Experience applying data analytics and customer insights to inform decision-making and drive value. A growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, innovation, and resilience in overcoming challenges. The hourly wage range for this position is $25.00 - $46.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
