Prepare detailed financial analyses and deep dives to support insights for both planning and forecasting processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and markets within our portfolio to develop and improve financial processes. Communicate financial results, forecasts, and variances to senior management with clear presentations. Mentor and develop associates across the team, fostering a high-performing team environment. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and standards while promoting continuous improvement. ### What you'll bring Experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling to support business performance and expense target recommendations. Strong communication skills to present earnings, financial results, forecasts, and business cases to senior and executive management. Demonstrated leadership and partnership skills to support not only those around you on the team but with partnerships across the organization. Expertise in driving business plans, removing obstacles, and adapting strategies to meet operational and customer needs. Commitment to integrity, compliance, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
