Establish the vision, roadmap, priorities, and operating model for the Creative Business Strategy & Financial Planning function. Develop and deliver executive-level presentations, recommendations, and narratives that simplify complex business, data, and financial information. - Lead the end-to-end annual financial management and planning process for Walmart Creative, including: Budgeting Forecasting Reporting - Lead strategic analyses related to: New capabilities Operating models Workforce strategies Technologies Tools Partnerships Investment opportunities - Oversee the development of an integrated data strategy that connects: Operational data Financial data Resourcing data Workflow data Performance data What you'll bring... Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. 8+ years of experience across: Financial Planning Business Strategy Business Operations Consulting Related disciplines Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and developing talent across: Strategic functions Analytical functions Financial functions Technical functions Experience operating within a large, complex, and highly matrixed organization. ### Strong business and financial acumen, including Forecasting Scenario Planning Investment Evaluation Financial Modeling Resource Planning Demonstrated ability to connect data and financial information to actionable business recommendations. ### Experience defining and implementing Data strategies Analytics strategies Reporting strategies Measurement strategies At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.
