Develop, implement, and validate complex data models and algorithms to support business decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive leadership to integrate analytics strategies with business objectives. Provide expert consultation to senior leaders, translating customer needs into actionable insights and solutions. Oversee data collection, analysis, and presentation to drive innovative, data-driven business strategies. Mentor and develop analytics team members, fostering skill growth and knowledge sharing. Build and maintain strategic partnerships internally and externally to support analytics initiatives. ### What you'll bring Extensive experience leading advanced analytics projects and developing data models aligned with business priorities. Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive leadership to drive data-driven business strategies. Strong expertise in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and data visualization to inform decision-making. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL for algorithm development and data analysis. Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and developing analytics teams to enhance skills and performance. Ability to manage complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs. Excellent communication skills to present analytical insights and gain stakeholder buy-in.
