Analyze store and segment results and help explain financial drivers to Finance and business partners. Partner with Operations, Finance, Product, Technology, and Controllership on business and process changes. Evaluate accounting and control impacts of new or changing store processes. Lead projects that improve the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of store accounting. Identify root causes of accounting, data, and control issues and drive them to resolution. Communicate accounting conclusions, financial impacts, and risks clearly to stakeholders and leadership. What you'll bring... Strong accounting fundamentals and experience applying U.S. GAAP and internal control concepts. Ability to manage recurring accounting responsibilities while also leading projects and process improvements. Strong business understanding and curiosity about how store operations translate into financial results. Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and develop practical solutions. Experience working across Finance, Operations, Product, Technology, and other functional teams. Strong judgment and the ability to operate effectively when the answer is not immediately clear. Clear communication skills, including the ability to translate accounting complexity into business language. CPA or equivalent experience in a large, complex environment preferred. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
