Lead and support staffing, talent development, training, associate relations, performance management, and other core People processes. Coach leaders, identify development opportunities, and strengthen leadership capability across the operation. Use data, insights, and strong attention to detail to identify trends, solve problems, and improve People processes. Help establish scalable routines, standards, and programs as the new transportation facility grows. What you’ll bring... Experience leading HR/People processes in a fast-paced operational environment, with strong employee relations and talent management capability. Demonstrated success developing leaders and building engaged, high-performing teams. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to execute accurately across multiple priorities. Ability to influence, communicate effectively, and build trusted partnerships across frontline and leadership teams. A continuous-improvement mindset and comfort supporting change, growth, and new ways of working. The annual salary range for this position is $92,400.00 - $138,600.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
