Develop business cases, opportunity assessments, roadmaps, timelines, KPIs, and benefit tracking with Finance and business teams. Create clear executive progress updates, presentations, and compelling storylines for senior leadership. Establish communication cadences, ensuring timely updates, clear escalation paths, accountability, and execution. Build trusted relationships across functions, markets, and organizational levels, navigating a large global organization effectively. Leverage AI, automation, and global solutions to improve productivity. Facilitate workshops, manage dependencies, accelerate transformation and improve productivity. ### What you'll bring Strong experience in management consulting, transformation, strategy, program management, financial transformation, PMO, or similar roles. Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across stakeholders, markets, and workstreams. Excellent executive communication, storytelling, PowerPoint, and presentation-development skills for senior leadership communication. Ability to structure ambiguous problems, challenge assumptions, and translate analysis into practical actions. Strong program-management, organizational, ownership, responsiveness, and follow-through skills. Ability to influence and align multidisciplinary teams without direct authority. Strong judgment in fast-moving, changing environments. Global and cross-market experience strongly preferred. Professional Spanish strongly preferred; some international travel required. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
