Drive full software development lifecycle activities such as coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance. Apply cloud-native architecture principles to ensure scalable, resilient, and agile systems. Conduct system design reviews to validate feasibility and ensure alignment with architectural best practices. Integrate AI/ML components and develop intelligent automation features using multiple programming languages. Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering excellence through documentation and knowledge sharing. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex problems into actionable technical requirements and track success metrics. ### What you'll bring Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation to ensure scalable and resilient systems. Strong experience in software design patterns, API design, and platform development aligned with roadmap priorities. Proficiency in full software development lifecycle management, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and observability. Ability to lead design reviews and apply data-driven decision making to optimize engineering outcomes. Skilled in developing AI/ML integrations and intelligent automation using languages such as Python, JavaScript, and Java. Demonstrated technical leadership, mentorship, and collaboration across cross-functional teams. Commitment to engineering excellence through debugging, remedial action, and continuous improvement initiatives. The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
