## Job description

### About the team

Walmart Business helps organizations save time, money, and hassle by bringing Walmart's everyday low prices, broad assortment, and omnichannel capabilities to business customers. The Omni Post-Transaction team focuses on what happens after customers place their orders, including the experiences that help them successfully receive and manage their purchases. Our work spans store-fulfilled Delivery and Pickup and other post-transaction experiences, with a focus on ensuring Walmart's capabilities evolve to support the distinct needs and growing complexity of business customers.

### What you'll do

Analyze fulfillment performance, customer feedback, and operational data to identify opportunities and root causes. Lead cross-functional efforts to resolve complex Delivery and Pickup customer and operational issues. Translate business needs and operational insights into clear requirements and scalable solutions with Product and Engineering. Drive initiatives from discovery through testing, launch, performance validation, and continuous improvement.

Establish operating mechanisms, manage dependencies, and drive accountability across partner teams. Identify recurring issues and translate near-term operational learnings into longer-term capability improvements. Use data and operational judgment to surface risks, recommend actions, and influence decisions.

### What you'll bring

Strong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to turn data and insights into action. Experience in eCommerce, fulfillment, operations, supply chain, product operations, or related fields. Technical and business fluency to navigate interdependencies across operations, product, and technology and translate needs across stakeholders. Ability to independently drive complex, cross-functional work from ambiguity to measurable outcomes.

Strong operational judgment, balancing customer experience, business impact, scalability, and execution constraints. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, ownership, and intellectual curiosity, with the ability to understand complex problems and drive alignment. At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet. Health benefits include medical, vision and dental coverage.

Financial benefits include 401(k), stock purchase and company-paid life insurance. Paid time off benefits include PTO (including sick leave), parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, jury duty, and voting. Other benefits include short-term and long-term disability, company discounts, Military Leave Pay, adoption and surrogacy expense reimbursement, and more. You will also receive PTO and/or PPTO that can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes.

The amount you receive depends on your job classification and length of employment. It will meet or exceed the requirements of paid sick leave laws, where applicable. For information about PTO, see [https://one.walmart.com/notices](https://one.walmart.com/notices).
