Develop automation and self-service solutions to reduce operational toil and improve engineering efficiency. Implement observability, telemetry, and AI-enabled operational capabilities to proactively detect and resolve issues. Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and reliability improvements for critical security platforms. Design resilient cloud-native architectures using infrastructure-as-code and modern engineering practices. Mentor engineers, review technical designs, and drive Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) standards across teams. Partner with security, platform, and infrastructure teams to continuously improve service resilience and operational excellence. Utilize cloud and container security best practices to safeguard infrastructure and applications. ### What you'll bring 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Platform Engineering, or DevOps. Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, or C#, with experience building scalable distributed systems. Strong experience with cloud platforms (Azure and/or GCP), Kubernetes, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible). Hands-on experience implementing observability solutions using tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry. Experience designing highly available, resilient systems and driving incident management, root cause analysis, and operational excellence. Experience building automation and AI-enabled engineering workflows to improve reliability and reduce operational toil. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
