This role requires expertise in software development lifecycle, AI/ML integration, and technical design to build scalable, secure, and maintainable platforms. You will drive innovation, ensure adherence to standards, and support continuous improvement while mentoring peers. Collaboration and technical excellence are central to their approach. ### What you'll do Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks aligned with roadmap milestones and domain priorities. Apply cloud-native architecture principles to ensure scalable, resilient, and agile systems. Lead full software development lifecycle activities including coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance. Conduct system design reviews to validate feasibility and ensure alignment with architectural best practices. Build AI-driven applications and integrate ML components to support automation and intelligent features. Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering excellence through documentation and knowledge sharing. Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and track success metrics using data-driven practices. Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and products. ### What you'll bring Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation to ensure scalable and resilient systems. Strong proficiency in software design patterns, API design, and software prototyping to deliver maintainable and modular solutions. Experience driving full software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and observability. Ability to integrate AI/ML components and develop intelligent automation using languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or C++. Demonstrated technical leadership with mentorship skills and sound technical judgment for architectural decisions. Data-driven decision-making skills to define metrics and optimize engineering processes. The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
