Collaborates with others to address issues that arise ### Respectful - Treats other employees or customers with courtesy, dignity and respect. ## Responsibilities ### Education - High School Diploma/GED or an equivalent combination of training and work experience. ### Experience - One (1) year experience in plant production and/or operations (Manufacturing production methods where automated controls are used to monitor temperatures, pressures, weights, etc is considered similar experience) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Must have sufficient level of education to understand oral and written instructions of a technical nature relating to products and vehicles. - Must have excellent driving skills and the ability to maintain satisfactory customer and public relations in performance of duties. ### Other Requirements - May be required to drive a flatbed truck and operate forklift and overhead crane as needed - Assist in maintenance and upkeep of yard, plant and office - The employee is outdoors and exposed to varying and/or extreme weather conditions (i.e., heat, wet, cold, etc) - Incumbent should be able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time; grip, climb, reach, shovel, squat, crawl, or pull, push, as well as, bend and lift up to 45 pounds. - Comply with all Safety, Health, Environmental and other Company policies, procedures and requirements - Must be able to work required overtime and flexible work schedule. - Must be able to speak, read, and have a working knowledge of the English language.
