Your Future Team You will join the Vehicle Software Factory (VSF) Metrics team within Function and Software Defined Vehicles (FSDV). We build data products, software solutions, and AI-driven capabilities that improve visibility, traceability, and decision-making across software development and delivery. Working with global engineering teams, you will help accelerate the future of Software Defined Vehicles through data, analytics, and innovation. Who are you? You are a curious and collaborative professional who enjoys working at the intersection of data, Back-end and front-end development, AI, technology, and business. You combine strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused mindset, building trusted partnerships across functions and cultures. You are energized by solving complex problems, navigating ambiguity, and transforming ideas into practical solutions that create business value. As a self-driven and proactive team player, you continuously seek opportunities to learn, improve, and innovate, while thriving in Agile and global teams. ### Back-end automation, reading, integration Education Bachelor’s or master’s degree in software engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience & Technical Knowledge Experience in software engineering and full-stack development, building scalable applications and digital solutions. Proficiency in programming languages, microservices, and cloud-native architectures. Experience designing, developing, and maintaining data platforms. integrations, and analytics solutions. Hands-on experience with DevOps environments. Solid understanding of data modeling, data quality, data flows, monitoring, traceability, and reliable data operations. ### Nice to Have Exposure to automotive industry is considered a plus. What will you do Develop full-stack software solutions using React and Node.js and data products that enable better vehicles development and software delivery decisions. Connect and integrate data from multiple engineering and business systems through APIs, cloud services, and modern data platforms. Build and maintain dashboards, and reporting solutions that provide transparency on delivery progress, quality, and product maturity. Partner with global teams and stakeholders to understand business challenges and transform them into scalable digital solutions. Drive innovation through automation, AI, and Generative AI capabilities, helping engineering teams work smarter and faster.
