You will ensure timely resolution of inquiries related to trucks, parts, services, and warranties while maintaining Volvo’s strong reputation for reliability and customer satisfaction. Many discounts for yourself and family/friends on theme days, travel, hotels, gym memberships, plus many more! ### What you'll do - Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or digital platforms - Provide accurate information on Volvo Trucks products, services, parts, and warranties - Coordinate with dealers, service centers, and internal departments to resolve issues - Handle order processing, tracking, and follow-ups for parts and services - Manage and document customer interactions in CRM systems - Escalate complex or technical issues to appropriate teams - Support aftersales services, including maintenance scheduling and service updates - Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards - Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver a positive brand experience Experience needed: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in automotive, logistics, or heavy equipment industries - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Basic technical understanding of vehicles or willingness to learn - Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office We value your data privacy and therefore do not accept applications via mail.
