Analista de Mejora Continua En Volvo Trucks & Buses buscamos un/a Analista de Mejora Continua para impulsar la productividad, la eficiencia operativa y la excelencia en la experiencia del cliente a través de la implementación de metodologías Lean y los principios del Volvo Production System (VPS). La posición tendrá un rol clave acompañando a la red de concesionarios y a las distintas áreas de negocio en la identificación de oportunidades de mejora, liderando proyectos transversales, facilitando capacitaciones y promoviendo una cultura de mejora continua que genere valor sostenible para nuestros clientes y para el negocio. Principales desafíos Liderar e impulsar iniciativas de mejora continua basadas en metodologías Lean y VPS. Capacitar y acompañar a equipos internos y concesionarios en la adopción de herramientas y prácticas de excelencia operacional. Coordinar proyectos orientados a optimizar procesos, incrementar la eficiencia y fortalecer la colaboración entre áreas. Analizar indicadores de gestión y satisfacción de clientes para identificar oportunidades de mejora y definir planes de acción. Elaborar reportes y presentaciones que contribuyan a la toma de decisiones. Actuar como referente y facilitador entre diferentes áreas de la organización y la red de concesionarios. ¿Qué buscamos? Estudiantes avanzados o graduados/as de Ingeniería, Administración de Empresas, Organización Industrial, Negocios o carreras afines. Experiencia previa en mejora continua, gestión de procesos, operaciones o funciones similares. Se valorará experiencia en concesionarios, atención al cliente o coordinación de equipos multidisciplinarios. Inglés avanzado. Manejo de Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint y Power BI. Valoraremos conocimientos de Power Automate y herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial. Competencias que harán la diferencia Planificación y coordinación. Gestion de Proyectos Trabajo colaborativo. Comunicación efectiva. Escucha activa. Orientación al cliente y al negocio. Capacidad de influir, facilitar cambios y desarrollar a otros.
