### Annual gross salary range

Min. 15,732€ - Max. 17,805€ (depending on experience) Volkswagen Group Services is a Volkswagen Group company oriented towards working for Group companies worldwide. We provide services in the areas of production, logistics, data engineering (IT), engineering, quality, business services, human resources, communication and administrative and financial services. We are focused on our clients’ activities and take responsibility for carrying them out on their behalf.

We are currently looking to grow our team with a Junior Contact Center Agent (Automotive Topics - German Speaker) for our fully remote project. Brief Role Description As a Customer Support Employee, you are responsible for providing timely, accurate, and empathetic assistance across various channels to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. You handle inquiries, explain features, resolve issues, and document solutions.

Complex cases are escalated. Your role combines customer-focused service with AI-powered tools and automation to deliver efficient and personalized support experiences in real time.

Possible Tasks within this Role High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory) Minimum
- 1 year of previous work experience in Service Center or similar business (preferred) Native-level German or minimum C1 proficiency (mandatory) Fluency in English (is a plus)
- Familiarity with the automotive industry (considered an advantage) Experience using help desk software and remote support too
- Solid understanding of CRM systems
