## Job description

Together we can Discover global graduate program is a 12 month program to accelerated development that enables talented fresh graduates to develop and grow within Vodafone Egypt. Ultimately these extraordinary graduates become Vodafone’s future leaders through; customized job rotations in the Consumer Sales department, challenging business exposure, continuous learning journey/development, & corporate networking. Who can apply?

Fresh graduates with an outstanding academic record (Fresh Grads: any graduates of the year 2025, or 2026 or January 2027, as for males who completed their military service either in 2024 or 2025 A fresh graduate with diverse extracurricular & internship experiences Role Purpose: Vodafone Egypt is expanding its role beyond connectivity to become a leading destination for smart technology, offering customers a comprehensive portfolio of devices across smartphones, wearables, audio, laptops, smart home, and other connected technology categories.

Through strategic brand partnerships, a broad retail and E-Commerce presence, innovative financing propositions, and value-added services such as trade-in, insurance, and repair, Vodafone delivers an integrated device experience across the entire customer journey. By combining commercial excellence, portfolio innovation, and customer-centric solutions, Vodafone is accelerating profitable growth, expanding access to technology, and strengthening its position in Egypt’s evolving smart technology market.

### Business & Portfolio Management
- Support the management of the terminal’s portfolio, including mobile devices and related products, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer needs.

### Commercial Analysis
- Assist in analyzing sales performance, market trends, product demand, and competitor offerings to identify business opportunities and support decision-making.

### Sales & Business Support
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to support terminal-related business opportunities, commercial offers, and customer requirements.

### Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
- Support coordination with suppliers, distributors, internal stakeholders, and relevant business functions to ensure effective execution of terminals-related activities.

### Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Prepare periodic reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance, portfolio contribution, stock availability, and other relevant business KPIs.

### Campaign & Proposition Execution
- Contribute to the development and execution of commercial initiatives, product launches, and terminal-related offers.
