## Job description

Gutes Verständnis für komplexe IT-Systemlandschaften und deren Zusammenhänge sowie Erfahrung mit CI/CD-Toolchains (z. B. Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), sowie gute Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung mit Oracle GoldeGate, SQL und Java, Kenntnisse in Kafka und REST von Vorteil. Analytisches, lösungsorientiertes und unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln. Vertraut mit DevSecOps-Prinzipien sowie Kenntnisse relevanter Standards und Regularien (z.

B. ISO 27001, GDPR). Zertifizierungen wie z. B. Certified DevSecOps Professional, AWS Security Specialty, CISSP oder CKA/CKAD sind von Vorteil. Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden wie Scrum oder SAFe sowie Bereitschaft zur Schulung und Sensibilisierung von Teams in Security-Fragen und DevSecOps-Prozessen. Erfahrung in der Implementierung von Lösungen für große Datenmengen inkl. Realtime-Datenintegration mit Oracle GoldenGate, PL/SQL, REST-Services, Batch Files und Performance-Tuning sowie fundierte Kenntnisse mit Oracle-Datenbankobjekten, UNIX/Linux.

Kenntnisse in Shell-Skripting, Administration von Oracle WebLogic-Anwendungsservern sowie in Job-Scheduling-Tools (z. B. Control-M), ETL-Support sind von Vorteil. Kenntnisse in Cloud-Plattformen (AWS, OCI), Containerisierung und Orchestrierung (Docker, Kubernetes) sowie Monitoring- und Log-Analyse-Tools (z. B. Grafana, Splunk, Datadog). Gute Englischkenntnisse (C1 nach GER) für die tägliche Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams.
