If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact. ### Role Purpose To manage the delivery and continuous improvement of Vodafone Egypt’s employee benefits portfolio, ensuring benefits are cost-effective, compliant, well-administered and valued by employees. The role supports the Reward & Benefits strategy through effective operations, provider management, analytics and people leadership ### Role Profile - Manage the delivery and continuous improvement of employee benefits programmes, including relevant medical, risk, wellbeing, flexible benefits, phone and car programmes. - Oversee benefits administration, employee queries and escalations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and a positive employee experience. - Manage benefits providers and brokers; monitor service levels and coordinate renewals and issue resolution. - Monitor benefits costs, utilisation and performance; prepare reports and recommend cost and process improvements. - Lead, coach and develop 2 direct reports; maintain governance, policy compliance, confidentiality and effective stakeholder collaboration. ### Competencies and Qualifications - Benefits / HR / Reward knowledge - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Stakeholder and vendor management - Communication and project management - People leadership and continuous improvement Must have technical / professional qualifications: - Relevant degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business or a related field. - Experience in employee benefits, HR or Reward operations. - Strong Excel, reporting and Microsoft Office skills. - Experience managing providers, projects or service delivery - Arabic and English communication skills; knowledge of local benefits governance is an advantage Not a perfect fit?
