Develop and implement resolutions to complex nuclear training program corrective actions and improvement items. Maintain training program documentation consistent with nuclear industry training requirements. Prepare and present the following typical Nuclear Training Materials consistent with the Systematic Approach to Training: Lesson Plans, Lesson Notes, Job Performance Measures (JPM), Laboratory Guides, Simulator Guides, Workbooks Education, Experience & Skill Requirements High School Diploma or GED with 6 years instructional or applicable department experience Preferred: Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) maintenance or technical experience in a commercial nuclear power plant. Strong work ethic focused on timely completion of assigned work, procedure compliance, and leadership Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Key Metrics Technical competence Teamwork Problem solving/Decision making Results Orientation Candidates with all levels of education and experience are encouraged to apply.
