Analyzes data, identifies trends, and provides insights to support decision-making and operational efficiency. Reviews and reconciles information to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve processes and implement best practices Assists in preparing and reviewing reports, ensuring clarity, completeness, and adherence to guidelines. Supports continuous improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions. Provides mentorship and guidance to junior team members, contributing to knowledge sharing and skill development. ### Role Specific Accountabilities Prepares various journals, account reconciliations, and monthly reports Supports monthly close and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal standards. Assists in the preparation and analysis of results, including identification of key drivers versus plan, projection, and prior year. Participates in special projects as requested. ### Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements - Bachelor’s degree preferred (in Accounting, Finance, or related field) Relevant education, certifications, and/or equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree - 3+ years of work experience in Accounting or related field Experience gained thru college degree or certifications is applicable to above skills.
