### Job Description

We are looking for an Executive Assistance out of Santiago de Chile office reporting into the Country Manager.

In this role, you can expect responsibilities such as:
- Coordinate Executive Communications
- Prepare internal and external documents for partners
- Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
- Arrange corporate events Office administration Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

### Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: Must have a High School diploma or equivalent or relevant work experience Preferred Qualifications: 2 or more years of work experience Corporate Administration software experience English C-Level Assistant Experience Visa is an EEO Employer Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.
