This role offers a unique opportunity to combine regional financial leadership, operational influence, and business partnering within a leading international engineering and construction group. Role Complexity & Strategic Scope You will lead the finance function across a diverse and complex regional environment covering 17 Business Units in 9 countries and three Business Lines: Freyssinet, Sixense, and Nuvia, representing approximately €50M in annual turnover. Going beyond traditional financial management, you will navigate multiple regulatory, tax, banking, audit, and compliance environments while ensuring alignment with VINCI Group policies and governance standards. As a trusted business partner to operational leaders, you will provide financial insight to support profitability, cash-flow optimization, risk management, and strategic decision-making. You will lead a geographically dispersed Finance & Accounting team of 10–12 professionals and coordinate financial activities across multiple entities, currencies, and jurisdictions. You will also support business transformation initiatives, enhance financial reporting, and drive the adoption of digital tools including ERP systems, Salesforce, Power Query, and Power BI. - The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, project-based construction environment, combining strategic financial leadership with strong operational execution and stakeholder management.
