We are looking for a Supervisor based in Rennes to join our team and play a key role in operational performance, safety, and field team management. Your Mission As a Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating operational activities and managing a team of technicians and operators. You will ensure service quality, compliance with safety standards, and the overall performance of the site. You will act as a key link between field teams, internal stakeholders, and customers. ### Your Responsibilities Supervise and organize the daily activities of the teams. Ensure compliance with procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations. Monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Support employee development and training activities. Ensure resource availability and the efficient planning of interventions. Review and validate activity reports, work tracking, and timesheets. Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and external contractors. Ensure compliance with local regulations and Vestas standards. Desired Profile Proven experience in team management within an operational or industrial environment. Strong technical understanding (mechanical, maintenance, and ideally wind energy). Strong commitment to safety. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset and results-oriented approach.
