## Job description

Service Sales Executive (UPS System) Exp- 3 -6 Yrs Preferred Female candidates Only Generate new business opportunities for service contracts, AMC/CMC, repairs, and maintenance services. Identify potential customers and develop new accounts through calls, visits, references, and leads. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers. Maintain and strengthen relationships with Partner. Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and commercial offers with customers.

Follow up on quotations and negotiate pricing and commercial terms to close sales. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual service sales targets. Coordinate with service/technical teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements. Renew existing AMCs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services. AMC Conversion for out of warranty contracts in WCR Category to improve business growth.

Timely Conversion of WCR cases. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, quotations, orders, and sales pipeline. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Ensure timely collection/payment follow-up from customers where required. Handle customer queries and coordinate for resolution to maintain customer satisfaction. Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
