Join our dynamic team as a Service Dispatcher and take the lead in scheduling and assigning jobs to Customer Engineers and subcontractors. You will be the key player ensuring we exceed customer expectations while maintaining the highest levels of service quality. ### Key Responsibilities Daily Scheduling: Organize and assign tasks to Customer Engineers (CEs) and subcontractors to meet customer requirements for contracts, emergency calls, corrective actions, warranties, and start-ups. ### Control & Compliance Ensure all controls prescribed by I.T.C. are executed with precision. ### Team Leadership Oversee the daily operations of a team of Customer Engineers and subcontractors across a geographical area, driving efficiency and productivity. ### Optimization Continuously seek to improve the team's performance and operational efficiency. ### Collaboration Work hand-in-hand with our Service Sales teams to help achieve sales targets. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation and benefits.
