Through this program, FLDP participants will work in several roles throughout the company, acquiring experience, owning key tasks, advancing leadership skills, and gaining exposure to the top levels of leadership in the organization. The program also provides professional development and networking opportunities to grow participant’s future leadership potential. After completion of the three-year program, successful participants will have the opportunity to apply for critical roles within the Global Finance team. Our Finance Leadership Development Program offers a unique opportunity for talented individuals to immerse themselves in various facets of finance. Over the course of three years, participants will engage in multiple rotations within our Finance function, providing exposure to diverse areas of expertise and fostering a deep understanding of the discipline. HOW FLDP WORKS The FLDP provides recent college graduates with the opportunity to attain hands on experience in different areas of Finance at a global, multi-billion-dollar organization.
