The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the availability, quality, and cost competitiveness of materials and services, contributing directly to operational success and long‑term supply chain resilience. Require a background in electrical systems, components and wiring /cable harnesses; ability to deal technical documentation and BOMs and general awareness of manufacturing processes and key cost drivers. ### Key Responsibilities Support the development and execution of commodity strategies for assigned categories. Conduct supplier research, benchmarking, and market analysis to identify sourcing opportunities. Manage day‑to‑day supplier communication, including RFQs, price updates, and delivery coordination. Analyze cost structures, evaluate quotations, and assist in negotiation processes. Monitor supplier performance and maintain accurate procurement data in ERP systems. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Finance on product changes, cost optimization, and supply improvements. Assist in cost‑reduction initiatives, value engineering activities, and continuous improvement projects. Ensure alignment with procurement policies, compliance standards, and internal procedures. ### Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain (internships or junior roles considered). Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment. Proficiency with Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus. Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage. ### What We Offer Annual Wage Increase. Christmas bonus 100% of the basic salary. Working leave for regeneration with wage compensation - 10 days. Food allowance in excess of the law. Flexible working hours. 7.5 hours of working time. Referral bonus. Other benefits within the social program (contributions for blood donations, contributions for work and life anniversaries). The anticipated salary range for this role in the Nové Mesto nad Váhom locality is between 25 200€ to 31 500€ gross per year —salary ranges for other geographic localities may vary. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance and are role based. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role. Compensation ranges are determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria including skills, experience, and job responsibilities.
