This role provides exposure to cutting-edge power and thermal management technologies, laboratory testing operations, and the application of AI tools to improve engineering workflows. The ideal candidate has a mechanical or electrical engineering background, strong problem-solving skills, and an interest in learning how emerging AI technologies can enhance engineering productivity, knowledge sharing, and decision-making. ### Responsibilities - Work with engineers and lab personnel to understand test activities, equipment, procedures, and operational workflows. Develop and maintain a custom AI agent that serves as a knowledge assistant that improves access to technical documentation, test procedures, engineering standards, and institutional knowledge. Expand the agent’s capabilities to enable it to assist with system troubleshooting and data analysis.
