Conduct hardware and software testing (black box/white box) for communication power products to ensure compliance post-cost optimization. Develop and maintain automated test programs for validating VAVE modifications efficiently. Formulate test plans, stress conditions, and procedures for evaluating new components or design changes introduced through VAVE.

Collaborate with design, procurement, reliability, and compliance teams to verify cost-optimized solutions without affecting performance. Ensure all VAVE changes comply with UL, CE, and other international safety and certification standards. Prepare detailed test reports, risk analysis, and recommendations for each VAVE implementation. Participate in root cause analysis for failures during VAVE validation and provide corrective action inputs.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost competitiveness while maintaining high reliability and safety standards.
