Acts as the local Delaware, OH Single Phase UPS lab resident by organizing equipment, setting up and performing tests, and reporting findings. They will mainly support new product development and sustaining test activities. ### Responsibilities Sets up and performs tests requested by product engineers. Assist with assembly of prototype units Organizes and maintains a safe, clean, productive lab space. Performs product tear downs and technical analysis down to the PCB level. Reports findings in an organized manner. ### Requirements Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 3-5 years test engineering experience with electrical-based products OR Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 2-3 years test engineering experience with electrical-based products. Basic working knowledge in power/electrical engineering; AC and DC power Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and identification of components. Strong engineering troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve (and prevent) a wide range of problems quickly and methodically. Ability to operate in an electrical testing lab environment safely and successfully. Very strong planning, organizing, documentation, and communication skills.
