## Job description
- Direct responsibilities
- Reports the status of order fulfillment within the assigned area
- Handles administrative warehouse tasks to ensure customer requirements are met Job responsibilities Processing and closing orders in the system Arranging transportation, maintaining records, and communicating with carriers Notifying customers when goods have been packed and requesting a delivery/unloading time slot Communicating with external companies and the Chamber of Commerce regarding the preparation of customs documents (ATR, EUR.1, EX1, COO, COC, etc.), including submitting supporting documents and supplier invoices Obtaining and managing freight rates Arranging return transportation, address changes, and shipment redirection Handling rate requests and XPO-related activities Communicating with other departments when processing customer requirements Reporting the status of order fulfillment Communicating with internal customers and transportation companies to define delivery/unloading time windows Addressing process anomalies with the aim of improving processes and the use of the warehouse management system Communicating with external partners regarding transportation arrangements, customs clearance, and the preparation of required documentation Participating in annual inventory counts Requirements: Knowledge of international export regulations and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook Good command of the English language Flexibility and ability to work effectively in a team Responsibility Independence and self-reliance Initiative and proactive approach to work The anticipated salary range for this role Slovakia is between 13 585€ to 16 981€ gross per and reflects the range applicable in that jurisdiction.

Compensation is determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, including skills, experience, and job responsibilities. This role may be performed in multiple jurisdictions.

In jurisdictions subject to EU Pay Transparency requirements, a locally applicable salary range applies and will be communicated in accordance with local legal obligations, if not shown in this posting. Salary ranges for other jurisdictions may vary in line with local market conditions and applicable legislation.
