## Job description

### POSITION SUMMARY

Vertiv seeks to attract the brightest and most talented minds in Asia. The program seeks to enhance our early talents by allowing them to build professional and technical expertise through best-in-class training, challenging projects, and mentoring from Vertiv leaders. The Customer Engineering Training (CET) is a 12-month journey for aspiring Customer Engineers designed to equip recent graduates with technical skills, hands-on experience, and professional development.

### The twelve months integrate

On-the-job training (OJT) within functional teams Technical and product training across Vertiv’s portfolio Project-based learning aligned with real business needs Mentorship and coaching from experienced professionals Performance feedback to support growth and development Upon successful completion, participants transition into a full-time Customer Engineer role, taking on responsibilities that reflect the skills and expertise gained during the training.

### What To Expect Blended learning

Instructor-led sessions and self-paced modules Product and Service Training in Power, Thermal, and Monitoring systems Business-aligned project Regular progress check-ins and feedback Qualifications: Recent graduate or entry-level candidate with at least tertiary education in fields like Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and/or Mechatronic Engineering Keen interest in a career in the technology domain with basic understanding of hardware, software and network systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment Maximum
- 1 year work experience and able to commence in November 2026
