## Job description

### Responsibilities

- 5S & Workplace Organization
- Kaizen & Continuous Improvement Initiatives
- Cost Saving Projects & Finance Governance
- Strategy & Transformation Projects
- Reporting & Governance
- Tier Accountability / Daily Works Management
- Lean Implementation
- Support Vertiv Operating System (VOS) deployment and sustainment Education & Certifications: Please note minimum and preferred requirements for education. This includes degree, specializations and certifications. Minimum BE Electrical or BE Mechanical. Relevant 4 to 5 years in Continuous Improvement/ Lean/ TPM/Business Excellence Preferred Lean Practitioner certified 5S Auditor Certification Lean Six sigma Green Belt / Black belt Requirements: Please list all experience required to perform this job. You may note some requirements as preferred.
- PC working knowledge (MS Office, Autocad, Minitab)
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
- Training experience
