## Job description

We are looking for confident and driven Team Leaders ( 3 positions available) to join our Campsie site, someone who can lead by example, inspire others, and deliver results in a fast-paced production environment. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for guiding production teams, managing daily operations, and ensuring project-based production of Copper and associated products meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

### Key responsibilities

Provide daily leadership and direction to production teams, ensuring alignment with site and company objectives. Drive performance and maintain standards consistent with company expectations for all employees and contractors. Manage resources, schedules, and manpower to achieve production targets and meet customer deadlines. Support first-line management duties, including coaching, training, and performance assessments.

Foster a positive, motivated team culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Uphold high standards of Health & Safety and promote best practice across the site. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within production. Please note the above duties and responsibilities are not intended to be an exhaustive list. To achieve business objectives, other duties may be included at the discretion of the line manager.

### Essential Skills, Qualifications/Experience

Minimum of 3 years’ supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve production goals and deliver high-quality outcomes. Experience in people management, including training, performance assessment, and maximising output. Strong awareness of Health & Safety in a factory environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including advanced Excel).
