Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each: (This will describe the overall core responsibilities of the role, decision making responsibilities etc.) - He will be assisting in overseeing the financial aspects of a project as it progresses, and be involved in month-end closing activities, preparing accounting journal entries, analyzing various reports such WIP report, Unbilled Receivables, Unearned Revenue, AR Aging report. - Balance Sheet reconciliation related to Project accounts, providing monthly SOX Compliance requirements, and ABL documentations. - Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time Qualifications: Required/ Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accountancy Graduate or any related Finance course - 1-2 years working experience with project accounting-related work experience, using automated financial systems /Experience in Shared Services environment would be an advantage - Has above average computer literacy especially in the use of MS Office applications and has experience working on huge database - Excellent analytical, oral/written communication and interpersonal skills. - Self-starter, results oriented and can work under pressure with minimum supervision - Experience in using ERP systems such as Oracle Accounting System - High sense of urgency, multi-tasking and can prioritize in fast paced environment and with exceptional time management skills - Exposure in international and multi-cultural environment. ### N/A Physical & Environmental Requirements - To be used majorly for manufacturing jobs. ### N/A Time Travel Needed - N/A The successful candidate will embrace Vertiv’s Core Principals & Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities. ### OUR CORE PRINCIPALS Safety, Integrity, Respect, Teamwork, Diversity & Inclusion.
